PropVision ("we", "us") provides AI-powered real estate deal analysis at propvision.us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using PropVision you agree to this policy.

• Account info: your email address when you sign in (via Firebase Authentication).
• Usage data: property addresses you analyze, your plan, and analysis counts, so we can deliver the service and enforce plan limits.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: standard logs (IP, browser) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To run property analyses and return your reports.
• To manage your account, subscription, and plan limits.
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account or important service updates.

Third-party services

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers: Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (authentication & data storage), and Anthropic (AI analysis — property addresses and market data are sent to generate reports). We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & your rights

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Security
