These Terms govern your use of PropVision (propvision.us). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

PropVision provides AI-generated real estate analysis (estimated values, rents, cap rates, cash flow, and verdicts) based on public and third-party data. You must be at least 18 and use the service lawfully.

Not financial or investment advice. PropVision's outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or a guarantee of value, rent, or returns. Always do your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals before making any real estate or financial decision.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Pro $11.99/mo or $119.99/yr; Business $39.99/mo or $390.99/yr) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, scrape it, resell it, overload it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropVision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on its outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
